A rental listing competes on a phone screen against every other place in town for the same week. Clean room photos tell a guest the house is nice; lifestyle photos tell them what their stay will feel like. That is what earns the click, the wish-list save and the booking, and it is why our rental shoot has two sessions.
Session one: the house
Every room, the views and the outdoor spaces, shot and edited like a listing: bright, true to color and in the order a guest walks through. Bedrooms and bunk rooms are shot so guests can count the beds, and drone aerials show how close the beach or the bay is, marked with an arrow when it helps.
Session two: the lifestyle shoot
Then we style and shoot the details that make your place yours. Wine or prosecco and two glasses on the balcony at sunset. The guest book with your rental's name and logo. The decor you chose, down to the cutting board and the throw pillows. Rolled towels and toiletries on the bed. The bikes, kayak and beach gear waiting in the garage. These are the photos that end up as the cover of your Airbnb and VRBO listing and in your own social posts, and they give your rental a brand guests remember and book again.
