HDR Real Estate Photography in Cape May County, NJ
What HDR means for a listing
A camera cannot see a bright window and a shaded room at the same time the way your eyes can. Shoot for the room and the windows go white; shoot for the windows and the room goes dark. HDR (high dynamic range) photography solves that by taking several exposures of each angle and blending them, so the room is bright, the colors are true and the view out the window is still there.
How we shoot a house
We work through the home in the order a buyer would walk it: exterior, main living spaces, kitchen, bedrooms, baths, then the outdoor spaces. Each room gets the angle that shows its size and how it connects to the next room, with verticals kept straight so walls do not lean. Kitchens get a wide shot and a detail shot; decks, patios and pools get photographed as their own scenes. Every package includes drone photos, so the yard and setting are covered too.
Edited and delivered next day
Every photo is professionally edited and color-corrected, so painted cabinets, wood floors and accent walls look the way they do in person. Essential photos are delivered the next day, sized for the MLS, through your private client site.
