Booking inquiries

When you fill out the "Lock In Your Shoot" form, your browser opens your own email app with your details pre-filled, addressed to ListingPixl.Media@gmail.com. We receive whatever you choose to send: your name, email, phone number, property address, preferred date, and package choice. We use it only to confirm and schedule your shoot, and we never sell it or share it with anyone else.

Client portal (HD Photo Hub)

The "Client Login" link opens our client portal at listingpixl.hd.pics, run by our photo-delivery provider, HD Photo Hub. Orders, invoices and finished photo downloads happen there, so any details you enter in the portal are handled by HD Photo Hub under its own privacy policy as well as this one.

Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site (for example, which pages are viewed). Google may collect your IP address, device and browser information. You can opt out with Google's opt-out browser add-on, or by blocking analytics cookies in your browser settings.

Meta Pixel

We use the Meta Pixel to measure visits and, in the future, to show relevant ads to people who visited the site. Meta may collect page views and interactions as described in Meta's privacy policy. You can control ad preferences in your Facebook ad preferences.

Your choices

You can browse the site with JavaScript disabled, use your browser's private mode, or install a tracker blocker — the site will still work. To ask what information we hold about you, or to ask us to delete it, email ListingPixl.Media@gmail.com or call/text (609) 780-7027.
