Neighborhood Highlight Photos and Video in Cape May County, NJ
Why location needs its own photos
At the shore, location is often the reason a buyer calls. Is it walking distance to the beach? Can you see the bay? What is the town like? A gallery of rooms cannot answer that, and buyers from out of the area cannot drive by. Neighborhood highlights put the answer right in the listing.
Distance to the beach, drawn in
We fly the drone high enough to show the home and the water together, then mark the house and draw the route to the beach or the bay in red. Buyers see in one glance that it is three blocks to the sand, without reading a word. Slide the examples below to see the route appear.
Landmarks and the lot
We also photograph what the town is known for, like the Welcome to North Wildwood water tower, so the listing feels local. And for land and larger lots, we outline the property line from above so buyers can see exactly what is included. Drawn-in routes and lot lines are approximate, so we deliver them alongside the regular gallery, not in place of it.
Neighborhood films
For listings and agents who want to sell the area too, we cut a short film flying over the neighborhood: the streets, the parks, the water. Agents use them on social media and on their own websites to market a town, not just one house.
